This policy explains how Trivedi Ventures LLP (“we”), which makes FleetVeda, handles personal data you share through fleetveda.com. It is written with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind. Data that our customers keep inside the FleetVeda product is handled under their agreement with us, not this page.
What we collect
When you book a demo, we receive what you type into the form:
- your name, mobile number and, if you give them, your email and city;
- your company name, what your fleet carries and its size;
- the language you want the demo in and anything you write in the message box.
Like any web server, ours also records technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser, to keep the site running and to stop abuse of the form.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
- to call or WhatsApp you about the demo you asked for, with your consent from the form;
- to prepare and send you a quote;
- to protect the website and the form from misuse.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything you have not asked us for.
Where it goes
Demo requests are delivered by email to our sales team. The website runs on servers in India, in the AWS Mumbai region. We share your data only with the service providers that carry it for us, such as our hosting and email providers, and only for these purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep a demo request for as long as we are talking to you about FleetVeda, and delete it when you ask us to or when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent to be contacted, and raise a grievance. Write to hello@fleetveda.com and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
