About FleetVeda
Built inside a working fleet.
FleetVeda began as the system for one Gujarat transport company's own trucks. It is now offered to other fleets that want the same thing: one record from the first kilometre to the last rupee.
Why it exists
Running trucks in India means two worlds that rarely meet. The tracking platform knows where every truck is. The trip sheet, the LR book, the diesel slips, the driver’s khata and the ledger live in registers, Excel and the accountant’s Tally. Detention goes unbilled because nobody can prove the hours. Diesel disappears because nobody puts the tank sensor next to the fuel card.
FleetVeda was written to close that gap for one fleet, on its own lanes across Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. It folds a stack of subscriptions into one system that tracks the truck and keeps the books.
What we believe
- Honest about data
- Where a truck does not report a signal, FleetVeda says so instead of guessing a number. A blank is better than a wrong figure on a P&L.
- Your hardware
- Fleets have already paid for trackers, maker platforms and fuel cards. FleetVeda reads them instead of asking you to refit.
- One record
- A trip knows its truck, driver, LR, legs, diesel, tolls, POD, invoice and payment. Nothing is typed twice.
- Indian by default
- Hindi on every screen, lakh and crore, the April financial year, GST the way transport bills it, and Tally at the end.
