Track and protect
- Live trackingTata FleetEdge, Mahindra iMAXX, Ashok Leyland, BharatBenz, Eicher, the tracker you already pay for, or the driver's phone. FleetVeda puts them on one map with the same statuses, history and alerts.
- FuelFills from fuel cards and bill photos, levels from the tank sensor, kilometres from the distance ledger. FleetVeda puts them side by side, so a drain at 2 am stands out at 2 am.
- Drivers and safetyHarsh braking, overspeed and night driving from telemetry, rolled into a score per driver, blended with OEM scores, with coaching notes and a driver app in Hindi.
- Maintenance and tyresService plans by kilometres or days, work orders with parts and labour, tyres by wheel position and a parts shelf that warns before it runs empty.
Run the trip
- Trips and dispatchTrips in FleetVeda run as legs: waiting to load, transit, waiting to unload and the return. Each leg has its own clock and free time, opened and closed by geofence, the driver app or the dispatch desk.
- Customer portalGive each customer a login. They see their consignments live, the ETA against the time you promised, POD photos, invoices and what is outstanding, on the web and in the FleetVeda Client app.
- TankerDip and temperature at both ends, corrected to 15 °C with the commodity's expansion coefficient and compared with the customer's transit loss allowance. A quantity certificate settles the dispute.
Money and paperwork
- Billing and accountingDelivered trips become GST invoices with freight and haltage lines. Invoices, expenses, notes and work orders post double entry vouchers that export to Tally.
- Compliance and documentsRC, insurance, fitness, PUC and permits in one matrix, refreshed from VAHAN, with alerts at 60, 30 and 7 days and e-challans in view.
- Office and teamTasks, team chat, notices, HR with payroll and attendance, and a sales pipeline, each linked to the trucks, trips and customers they are about.
