What it does
- Booking to closure
- Planned, dispatched, in transit, delivered and closed, with truck and driver availability checked at dispatch.
- Legs and detention
- Free time per end per customer, detention alerts when it runs out, and haltage billed for each end on the invoice.
- Routing and ETA
- Routed distance, remaining kilometres and delay against the promised ETA, with route deviation alerts.
- Control room
- A live board of every trip from waiting to load to delivered, ranked by how late it is.
- Trip prompts
- FleetVeda asks the desk when a truck leaves the origin before dispatch, arrives at an unfenced site or departs without a POD.
- LR, hire slips and gate passes
- Consignment notes from your stationery books with e-way bill expiry alerts, market vehicle hire slips and yard gate passes.
- POD-gated closure
- A delivered trip cannot close without proof of delivery. Admins can force close with a recorded reason.
