What it does
- Service plans
- Intervals by kilometres, days or both. Each truck shows OK, due soon or overdue, and overdue raises an alert.
- Work orders
- Numbered work orders from open to completed, with parts and labour lines, downtime closed automatically and costs posted to accounts.
- Tyres
- Stock, fitment by wheel position, rotation, removal with the odometer, tread inspections that flag replace at 3 mm, and a tyre cost forecast.
- Parts and warranty
- Stock with minimum levels and low stock alerts. Fitted parts carry their warranty date and warn before it ends.
- Assets
- Batteries, fire extinguishers, GPS devices and tarpaulins with custody, inspection cadence and history.
- Cost per kilometre
- Month and year to date spend and cost per km for every truck, from the same work orders.
