Tankers

Settle shortage claims with temperature, not argument.

Liquid loads shrink as they cool, and customers deduct the difference. FleetVeda records dip and temperature at both ends, corrects both to 15 °C and shows how much of the shortage is physics and how much is real.

Where the money leaks, and what FleetVeda does about it

Shortage claims you cannot answer
Readings at both ends corrected to 15 °C against the customer's transit loss allowance, with a quantity certificate for the dispute. Part of the Tanker add-on.
Tanks opened on the way
With a tracker and tank sensors fitted, a manhole or valve opened away from the loading and unloading sites raises an alert.
Drivers blamed by guesswork
A real loss opens a task for the manager, who charges the driver through the ledger or waives it with a reason. Never automatically.
Night driving and fatigue
Night driving, fatigue and overspeed alerts on every tanker. Overspeed and night driving also count against each driver's scorecard.
